Adaptogenic matcha & avo popsicles!

Avocado is a powerhouse in and of itself, providing vitamin K, folate and vitamin b5 which is needed to break down carbs, and has twice the potassium of a banana. And that's just to name a few of the health benefits!
All that paired with the anti-fungal goodness of raw honey and the triple threat that is coconut, bringing the fibre + protein + nourishing fats, these popsicles are next level.
1 tsp matcha
1 tbsp coconut manna or coconut butter
1 tsp raw honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup water
blend and fill your pop molds. This made 3 and a bit, so I added a strawberry + raspberry + coconut water puree to top off the "bit", you can add whatever fruit floats your boat! Mango would be another delicious addition!
