Summer Lovin' Adaptogenic Matcha Lemonade

Put down the Gatorade - This icy Adaptogenic Matcha Lemonade hydrates and energizes

naturally in one refreshing sip! With a spicy kick from ginger, and hint of sweetness from

maple syrup, a touch of pink Himalayan salt balances electrolytes in the summer heat!

Ingredients:

¾ tsp Lake & Oak Tea Co. Mega Matcha

1 cup cold water

Juice from ½ Lemon (around 2 tbsp.)

½ tsp Organic Ginger Puree

1 tbsp. Maple Syrup (or to taste)

Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt

Ice for serving

Top with edible flowers or fresh mint (optional)

Method:

In your drinking vessel of choice, add Mega Matcha and a splash of water. Whisk to

make a runny paste. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, water, ginger and salt. Whisk or

shake well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as you like. Serve over ice!
